1. Get your FREE flu shot!

Regardless of insurance status, WCCHD offers free flu shots to any WilCo neighbors. Call 512-943-3600 to schedule your appointment.  

Benefits of getting a yearly flu shot: 

  • It can prevent the flu or reduce the severity of illness.  
  • It can reduce the risk of flu-associated hospitalization. 
  • It is an important preventive tool for people with certain chronic health conditions. 
  • Receiving the flu shot during pregnancy helps protect mothers from the flu during and after pregnancy. It also helps protect the baby from the flu.

3. Have fun while working out and eating right.

5. Ground yourself with tai chi.

WCCHD teamed up with Texas A&M Nursing to provide a free tai chi tutorial 



6. Learn a lifesaving skill!

Williamson County Emergency Services offers free classes to the public throughout the year.  

Their first free class is a Take 10 CPR plus Stop the Bleed on January 9th
